What We Collect

Account information (email, company name, UEI), subscription preferences (NAICS codes, agencies, states), usage data (page views, alert interactions), and feedback you submit.

How We Use It

To deliver personalized subcontracting alerts, improve alert quality through usage patterns, process payments, and communicate service updates.

Data Sources

Prevara aggregates publicly available government data. See our Data Sources page for details.

Sub-Processors

Supabase (database, auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing). Your payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

Data Retention

Active subscriber data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. See our Data Retention Policy.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account, export your data, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. Exercise these rights via your Account page or by contacting support@prevara.io.

Your Rights (CCPA)

California residents: we do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any future data sales. Contact support@prevara.io.

Marketing Communications

Marketing emails are separate from transactional alerts. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any marketing email. Alert digests are part of the Service and controlled in your Settings.
