Data Retention Policy

Active Accounts

Subscriber profile, preferences, and alert history are retained for the duration of your active subscription.

After Cancellation

Your data is retained in read-only state for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, all personal data is permanently deleted, including: account information, preferences, alert history, feedback submissions, and uploaded documents.

Synced Government Data

Public government data (contract awards, entity registrations, subaward reports) is retained indefinitely as it is publicly available information, not personal data.

Analytics

Usage analytics (page views, alert interactions) are aggregated after 90 days. Individual event records are deleted; aggregate statistics are retained for product improvement.

Backups

Database backups are rotated every 90 days. Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 90 days after deletion from the live database.

Account Deletion

You can request immediate account deletion via your Account page. Deletion is processed within 30 days and is irreversible.
