1. Agreement

By accessing or using Prevara ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Prevara LLC.

2. Subscriptions

Prevara offers monthly subscription plans. Pricing, features, and limits are described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card required.

4. Data Sources

Prevara aggregates publicly available government data from SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, and state procurement portals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) share your account credentials, (b) use automated tools to scrape the platform, (c) resell data accessed through the Service, or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prevara is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for business decisions made based on data provided through the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alameda County, California.
